Terms of Sale

Full payment, including shipping and handling is required with all print orders. No print work will proceed until payment is received. No refunds are given once order has been verified.

A 50% deposit is required with all graphic design orders. No design work will proceed until deposit is received. No refunds are given once job has been started.

The remainder of the balance for the project is due when work is completed or within 90 days of the first payment, which ever comes first, regardless of work completion.


Refund Policy

All print sales are final. No refunds are available on print orders unless files have not been sent to press and refund is requested the same business day.

E Motion Printing and Graphics requires 50% of the estimated project cost for services relating to Computer Graphics, Print Design/Developement, Web Design/Development, and Database Design. This deposit is due, in full, with work agreement/order form before E Motion Printing and Graphics can begin work on your project. This down money is non-refundable.

The remainder of the balance for the project is due when work is completed or within 90 days of the first payment, which ever comes first, regardless of work completion. This money is also non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.


File Requirements

All images, after being enlarged or reduced for reproduction, will crop approximately 1/16” to 1/8” to allow for bleed. See the Upload/Templetes Page for more details. We cannot process orders that do not meet our file requirements.


Turnaround Times

Turnaround time begins when we send your order to press. If you request a proof, turnaround begins when we receive approval on the proof. Allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not calculated into the turnaround time.

Turnaround does not begin until acceptable artwork has been provided. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not meet our file requirements, your job status will be put “On Hold-Need Artwork” and your turnaround time will be reset.

For jobs that do not have complete digital source files, and need to be designed, turnaround will begin when we have an approval to print, not from when the order is first submitted.

E Motion Printing and Graphics assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.

Changing Files Once Sent to Press

Once a job has been “sent to press” from E Motion Printing and Graphics, no changes are allowed to the artwork, job characteristics, or turnaround time. If the order has not yet gone to press, the sole remedy available is to cancel the order, pay the cancellation fee and place a new order. Cancellation fees may vary.


Complaints

All complaints must be registered within 24 hours of receipt of job. Should the job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we would rerun the job at no charge. We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.


Proofs

If you choose from our standard selections online, you will receive an online proof within 24 hours.
You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your layouts. Please proof read all layouts carefully. As postal regulations are subject to change, you are also 100% responsible for complying with current mailing restrictions for postcard backside layouts. Check with your local Post Office.

E Motion Printing and Graphics will reproduce color from submitted transparencies, slides, photos, or digital layouts as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match color and density because of limitations in the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements. The accuracy of each color reproduction is guaranteed to be within 85-90% of the original image you submitted. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted images and the actual artwork or product they represent.

Sales Tax

All Colorado orders are subject to sales tax. If customer is tax exempt, exemption certificate must be sent or faxed to us with the first order.
